Christopher Gibbs has been working with designer Nick Stearn for Simon & Schuster to create a magical series of book covers. The first book ‘The Thirteen Treasures’ won the Waterstones Children’s Book Prize and the second book ‘The Thirteen Curses’ is out now in the shops. The author Michelle Harrison will be doing a signing session in Waterstones in Lakeside, Essex this Saturday 14th from 11 am, if you are a fan of fairies, you might like to pop along.

We are huge fairy fans here and we were delighted when we received a proof of the third book in the series,’The Thirteen Secrets’ in the post, it has a beautiful sparkly, holographic foil finish. I hope you like it too, but I think it is still a secret, so please don’t tell anyone. Sshh!
